Takaful IKHLAS & CAPTOR Offer IKHLAS Vehicle Protection Program

– Takaful Ikhlas Sdn. Bhd. (Takaful IKHLAS) tied-up with CAPTOR Retail Sdn. Bhd. (CAPTOR), a car security system company, today through its IKHLAS Vehicle Protection Program in providing better services and further security protection to its participants’ (policyholders) vehicles.

The Chief Excecutive Officer and President of Takaful IKHLAS, Hj Syed Moheeb bin Syed Kamarulzaman said, “the collaboration between Takaful IKHLAS and CAPTOR is launched at the right time where car theft cases in Malaysia is rising. Takaful IKHLAS has always placed priority on the needs and safety of its participants. We want our participants to get the best offers and value-added services from us.”

Syed Moheeb also mentioned in his launch speech, “Motorists today feel unsafe leaving their cars parked even at home. Many fear being robbed. To ensure better protection of our participants’ vehicles, Takaful IKHLAS has packaged Malaysia’s mose effective vehicle security system (CAPTOR-RF), with exciting Takaful benefits.“

The IKHLAS Vehicle Protection Program is offered to the participants of IKHLAS Comprehensive Motor Takaful. Todate, Takaful IKHLAS has more than 140,000 IKHLAS Comprehensive Motor Takaful certificates in force. With the rising number of stolen vehicles (up to 33 cars daily), Takaful IKHLAS participants seeking to improve their vehicle protection should join the program under the protection of a CAPTOR Vehicle Security System.

Syed Moheeb added, “CAPTOR-RF provides the best services in term of tracking system by having its own communication network using radio frequencies to coordinate tracking, recovery activities and communication through its Command Center. Both the ground and the air crew are positioned in strategic locations around Peninsular Malaysia, with all recovery personnel equipped with powerful and effective mobile tracking equipment.”

According to Syed Moheeb, by subscribing to the IKHLAS Vehicle Protection Program at RM1,998, participants are entitiled to get exclusive freebies such as FREE IKHLAS Personal Accident Takaful worth RM50,000 including funeral expense worth RM1,000. In addition, participants will also get FREE replacement of CAPTOR-RF system if the stolen car is not recovered.

Takaful IKHLAS began its operation in July 2003. The Company’s parent company, MNRB Holdings Behad (MNRB), was incorporated in 1972, and commenced operations on 19 February 1973. MNRB is listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and counts Permodalan Nasional Berhad as its major shareholder through Skim Amanah Saham Bumiputera.
